By accessing or using VRGenie (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service provides
VRGenie produces AI-generated company intelligence reports compiled from public and licensed data sources. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. Accuracy and your responsibility
Reports are generated by automated systems from third-party data. While every claim is source-attributed, we do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for independently verifying any finding before relying on it for a decision.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell outputs in violation of any applicable data-source license, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Fees
Paid plans and per-report pricing are described at the point of purchase and processed via Stripe. Complimentary pilot reports are offered at our discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRGenie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a report. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
