Who we are

VRGenie ("we", "us") provides AI-generated company intelligence reports. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Request inputs — the company name, website, and any details you submit for an analysis.
• Contact details — your name and email address, so we can deliver your report and communicate with you.
• Usage data — basic logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your inputs solely to generate and deliver your intelligence reports, to provide support, and to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data, and your queries and reports are never used to train AI models.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare R2 (report storage), Stripe (payment processing), and our LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for report generation under their zero-retention / no-training terms. Public data sources we query (e.g., SEC EDGAR, news APIs) receive only the company identifiers needed to retrieve public information.

Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems. See our Security page for more.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
